We here at the City-Cowley County Health Department have some exciting news for you all! Our annual Cowley County Health & Safety Fair is back! This year, the event will be held at Barn 4 of the Winfield Fairgrounds in Winfield on Saturday. May 17, 2025, from 9:00am to 12:00pm

Featuring educational exhibits, local vendors, special attractions, and door prizes, the Health & Safety Fair is a local favorite and always draws a crowd! Previous years have had over 800 community members in attendance. This event presents an excellent opportunity to connect directly with community members, promote your organization, and network with others in Cowley County. We would love to see you participate in this year’s fair and there are many ways you can do so, such as setting up a booth, providing a door prize, sponsoring the event or any combination of these!

Please see the attached document for more information on how you can get involved. The attached document will also have a vendor and sponsorship form for those planning to attend and/or sponsor.

Unfortunately, due to venue limitations, this year vendors will be required to provide their own tables and chairs, or to pay a rental fee of $15.00. These fees will be waived for sponsoring organizations.

In addition to the date mentioned above, the venue is also reserved on the preceding Friday afternoon (May 16th from 1-5p) for those who would like to set-up before the day of the event.
