We are gearing up for our official Program for the 52nd Walnut Valley Festival, September 18-22. Some notable changes this year include a change in the program format: it will be in full color and will be pocket-sized. Distributed to 10,000-12,000 festival attendees annually, we believe the eye-catching and abbreviated program will be utilized more.
We’re reaching out to local businesses, both old and new, to invite you to consider placing an ad in the 2024 Walnut Valley Festival Program. With an ad buy, your business logo will be featured in our program as well as our official event mobile App.
Attached is this year's rate sheet and an example of how ads appear in the new pocket-sized festival program. Please refer to the attachments for specific dimensions and pricing information. Please let me know if you have any questions. Space is limited, so the earlier you let us know the better. The deadline to submit updated ads is June 15th to allow ample time for layout adjustments.
