Capper Foundation’s Board of Trustees welcomed three new Trustees
and recognized two outgoing Trustees, as well as elected the upcoming year’s
officers, at their Annual Board Meeting on Monday, January 29, 2024.
Officers elected are Jay Ives, Chair; Neil Dobler,
Vice Chair; Barbara Barnard, Treasurer; and Sandy Warren,
Secretary. Jaena Greenwood, Steve Knoll, and Ann Palmer were
elected as new Trustees.

of our community. The amazing Capper staff helps children and adults with
disabilities be the best that they can be. I’m proud to support their
life-changing efforts and continue to lead the Board of Trustees. Our community

Bruce Akin, Michelle Butler, Sarah Collier,
Lucky DeFries, Herman Jones, Shelley King, Doug Kinsinger, Jason McMillen,
Marie Pyko, Pam Walstrom, Glenda Washington, and Zach Ahrens continue
to serve on the Board of Trustees.
Glenda Cafer and Dr. Judith Kooser were recognized for their time,
dedication, guidance, and support in serving on the Board of Trustees, as their
terms expired.
