Joel Smith Memorial Youth Volunteer Scholarship: Each year, United Way of the
Plains’ Aaron Joel Smith Memorial Youth Volunteer Scholarship rewards three
high school students who are active volunteers in their community. Scholarships
are awarded in the amounts of $10,000, $15,000 and $25,000.
The 2024 scholarship
application is now open. Apply by Friday, April 1, 2024.
