LOCATION CHANGE: MEET AT STRONG FITNESS!
With this week’s heat advisory, Downtown Doc Walks is making a change. Please go directly to Strong Fitness, 709 Main, this Thursday at 4pm.
Don't worry! We still have a plan to help you be active. In place of our walk, owner/trainer Jennifer Howard has a quick (and optional) low-impact activity planned with resistance bands. This activity pairs perfectly with our featured speakers, physical therapists from WNH Rehabilitation Services.
