As of Friday, February 12th, we are altering our daily morning COVID-19 testing drive through schedule at the Cowley County Fairgrounds. The drive through testing is being suspended because of the dangerous cold conditions.  “I will not risk the health of my employees placing them in an unheated facility in single digit weather”, said Tom Langer, administrator of the City-Cowley County Health Department.  “We will be testing by appointment only through next week”.  Those people in need of a COVID-19 test should call the City-Cowley County Health Department’s Winfield office to schedule an appointment (620-221-1430)....
