RCB Bank is Rooted in Community

RCB Bank was formed out of a need during the Great Depression when good people were struggling. They needed a hand, and banks were not meeting their needs. RCB Bank’s founders stepped in to help local citizens keep their farms afloat and their businesses operating. RCB Bank made bold moves to lend money, because it knew a person’s character — not just their account balance — was worth the investment.

RCB Bank opened its doors for the first time in 1936 with a promise to be friendly in service and progressive in spirit. Nearly 90 years later, that promise still directs its decisions today. RCB Bank serves communities and builds relationships. It’s been serving Winfield – and Cowley County – for 12 years, since 2010. Nearly 40 employees work at RCB Bank in Winfield, and around 100 in Cowley County.

RCB Bank embraces technology, providing you with the convenience and flexibility to bank on your time. You can see this technology at our ITM at 1421 N. Main St. RCB Bank’s ITMs offer convenience and versatility. ITMs offer the benefits of automation with the comfort of talking with a live person. In essence, our ITMs allow customers to bank whenever they want, day or night. In a rush? Skip the line and use the ITM! Need to make a deposit after hours? No problem! With our ITMs, customers can do most transactions that are available at the teller line, including check and cash deposits. They are designed for our customers' convenience with 24-hour access. Our online platforms offer technology too. You can deposit checks from your phone with mobile deposit. Set up text alerts to receive transaction notifications (a great fraud detection tool!). Manage your money with mobile banking, and live chat online. RCB Bank offers many amenities of national banks, but because it is a community bank, it keeps a hometown, friendly feeling.

Not only that, but our Farm & Ranch Management Team has more than 100 years of experience and they get their boots on the ground to help farmers and ranchers with what they need.

RCB Bank employees have a long-standing history of volunteering their time and resources to the Winfield community. Whether it is a not-for-profit board, a local school activity or any other worthwhile endeavor, our staff is willing to serve for the benefit of Winfield.

RCB Bank invites you to drop in anytime and visit us at any of our Winfield locations and find out why our customers say, “RCB Bank, That’s my Bank!”
