Empty Bowl Project:
Art Feeds the Soul

$15 for one bowl or $25 for two

at our office or at the event!
The Empty
Bowl Project will be returning for another year to support our
local food pantry! In years past, we have managed to raise over $3,000 to
donate and expect this year to top them all. If this sounds like something you
would like to be apart of, we do need help with preparations, such as:
- turning bowls
- glazing the bowls after they are fired
- cooking up a creative soup to be served
during the event
please get in contact with us here, at the Winfield Arts and Humanities
Council, as soon as possible!
We want to note, due to the COVID case counts still rising in our county, we
may turn this into a ‘Come-and-Go’ type of event to limit everyone’s risk of
exposure. In the instance where we can host, as previous years, we will need
volunteers; we ask that the volunteers get signed up prior to the final
decision, that way the event goes off without a hit in either scenario. With
the season of giving right around the corner, and the effects of the pandemic
still lingering, we hope for a big turn out as to support more members of
community that are not as fortunate as others.
