Southwestern College Men’s Basketball
Summer Camp is July 12-15
Winfield, Kan., July 8, 2021 — The Southwestern College men’s basketball
program 2021 summer camp will begin on Monday, July 12 and last until Thursday,
July 15. This year’s camp will be held in Ollie Thomas Gymnasium at
Winfield High School. Registration will be accepted on the first day of
camp.
Matt O'Brien, head men's basketball coach at Southwestern College, will
lead the camp's staff, along with his assistant coach, Tim Miser. The SC
basketball camp is designed for basketball players of all abilities. The
program is intended to develop each athlete’s ability through drills and
competition. The coaches will focus on developing a player’s entire game;
to include skill development for every position.
Camp for first through fifth graders will be from 9 to 10:15 a.m.; for
sixth through ninth graders, 10:30 a.m. to noon.
Cost for the camp experience is $55, and includes a t-shirt. For more
