Legacy welcome Jill Kuehny to board of directors

Kuehny's hometown is Caldwell (KS). Following attendance at Kansas State University where she earned a B.A. in Finance, Jill returned to Caldwell where she has served KanOkla Networks in positions of growing responsibility. In April 2018 she was promoted to Chief Executive Officer of KanOkla Networks.
In addition to her work leading the rural broad-band company and spending time with family and friends, Jill is active in community leader-ship. The three efforts that keep her the busiest are serving as Finance Commissioner for the City of Caldwell and fostering Vision Caldwell/S.H.A.R.E., as well as preparations for Caldwell's 150th Anniversary Celebration!
Do you wonder why Jill said "yes" when invited to serve on the Foundation board to help in steering the future of Legacy? We did. So we asked and Jill answered.
"The quote "Grow where you are planted" carries a powerful punch, and I take it with me every day. I am committed to empower the rural spaces we live, work, and raise our families in, turning potential into real life and finding ways to give a hand up in small communities. Seeing what a community foundation can add to the mix of resources needed to sustain and thrive in rural America is truly the magic to make things happen. I am honored to serve.”
We're excited Jill said "yes" to giving her time and talents to Legacy Foundation. We hope you are, too! Because together we can Keep 5 At Home and create a stronger future for Cowley County and the surrounding region!
