Hadley O’Toole Crowned Queen Alalah at 2024 Coronation
We are pleased to announce
that Hadley O’Toole has been crowned the 92nd Queen Alalah! At just 19 years
old, Hadley exemplifies a remarkable commitment to leadership, service, and
community, truly embodying the spirit of this prestigious honor.
We would also like to
recognize Riley Perdue as the first runner-up, who has demonstrated outstanding
leadership and community involvement.
Hadley O'Toole, a Pre-Nursing
major at Cowley College, boasts a GPA of 3.79 and is deeply involved in campus
life as Student Senate President, Student Ambassador, and Phi Theta Kappa honor
society member. Inspired by her parents’ legacy at Cowley, she also shines in
the arts as a lead in the upcoming musical "James and the Giant
Peach." Actively participating in her community through Sacred Heart
Catholic Church and working at the Cowley Wellness Center, Hadley plans to
transfer to a university to earn her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). She
aims to make a meaningful impact in nursing and her community.
The evening featured
spectacular performances by the Queen Alalah Candidates, Visiting Queens, the
Arkansas City Middle School Show Choir, the Arkalalah Dancers, and the Cowley
College Theatre Group.
We were honored to receive a
special message from our 2024 Arkalalah Grand Marshal, Mrs. Carol Hearne, who
said, “I was beyond shocked and thrilled to be named as Grand Marshal for 2024.
What a great honor! When Clayton Pappan, Arkalalah Chairman, presented me with
the award, I told him that was the nicest thing anyone has ever done for
me”.
Additionally, congratulations
to Bentley Helphingstine and Baylor Sims, who have been crowned Little Mister
and Miss Arkalalah!

We extend our heartfelt
thanks to everyone who participated and contributed to this wonderful event,
the achievements of our new queen, and all candidates who made this evening
memorable.
