Development Center at Wichita State University will host two in-person
workshops to help you efficiently manage your company's finances. Come ready to
gain a comprehensive understanding of QuickBooks Online, from the fundamentals
to advanced features:
Morning Session: Beginner
Level (9:00 am-Noon)
• Setting up your company account
• Navigating the user interface
• Recording common transactions
• Running basic reports
• Setting up products, services, customers, and vendors
Afternoon Session:
Intermediate Level (1:00 pm-2:00 pm)
• Sales tax setup
• Creating estimates and recurring transactions
• Inventory management
• Journal entries and payroll
• Accounts receivable, accounts payable, and reconciliation
• Advanced reporting and financial analysis
