Dear Local Businesses
As you are likely aware, the Walnut Valley Association decided in June to postpone the 49th Walnut Valley Festival until 2021 due to COVID-19 concerns. In the meantime, we have been busy making plans to hold a virtual festival this September that we are calling Walnut Valley Festival 48.5. This event will be streaming for free during the week that the Festival was scheduled to take place with donations being accepted to help our entertainers who have been unable to perform during this time as well as cover our production costs.

In place of advertising in our Program, we would like to offer you the opportunity to advertise as part of our virtual festival in the form of sponsorship for Walnut Valley Festival 48.5.

General Sponsorship: $500, and includes
· Logo on the main page of WVF 48.5
· Two 30-second spots, to be aired during the Lineup Concert Weekend

Battle of the Bands Title Sponsorship: $1,000 (Limit 2)
· Name in title “Battle of the Bands, sponsored by….”
· Logo displayed prominently on the top of the Battle of the Bands page
· Logo included on main page
· Sponsor thanked in introduction to the live announcement of the winner
· Two 30-second spots, to be aired during the Lineup Concert Weekend

Walnut Valley Land Rush: $150 ($100 with General Sponsorship)
· Advertise your business by placing your logo on the game board of our special Walnut Valley Land Rush game! We will be using this game as one of our donation level incentives.
