This summer the Business & Professional Book Club, a
partnership between Cowley County Economic Development and Winfield Public
Library, will read and work through Dare to Lead by Brene
Brown. Book discussions will be held bi-weekly at the Winfield Chamber of
Commerce, with lunch generously provided by Cowley County Economic
