33rd Annual Half Way to Winfield
(Always the third full weekend in March)
It's that time again! We go to Winfield to camp & play in the Walnut Grove (West Campground) at the Cowley County Fairgrounds in Winfield Kansas. We'd like everyone to join us!
We rent the building under the north grandstand. It will be available for use from Thursday thru Sunday. We welcome contributions* that will be used to pay for the porta-potties, rental of the north building & restrooms under the grandstands, and for corned beef and cabbage provided on Saturday at the potlock. On Saturday, bring a covered dish. We'll eat late Saturday afternoon, 3-16-19, in the building under the north grandstand. We try to eat before dark, usually around 5 or 6.

Winfield primitive camping fees are $3 per unit per day, $12 per day includes electricity. Please pay at the box located at the Northwest entrance. Bring your instruments, friends and family along with anything else to make yourself comfortable (chairs, beverages, food, electric blankets, firewood).
