Ghosts & Goblins Parade
Coordinated by Citizen's Bank of Kansas and Winfield Lions Club.
Costume judging begins promptly at 5:30 p.m.
Judging ends at 5:55 p.m. & parade starts at 6:00 p.m.
Participants parade from Cochran Park to
Citizens Bank of Kansas parking lot at 15th & Main.
Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each age category.Costume judging age groups:
0-2 yrs 3-4 yrs 5-7 yrs 8-9 yrs 10-12 yrs
