Duck Jam in the Park: Terry Quiett Band

Duck Jam in the Park: Terry Quiett Band
Local Electric Blues Rock Band that has ranked on the Roots Music Report Blues Chart. Nightingale out of Tulsa will open the stage with their signature soul-drenched blend of Americana at 7:00 PM. Gate opens at 6:00 PM.
This concert is FREE and open to the public thanks to many great sponsors and donations. Find a Duck Jam bucket and drop a few bucks in to keep the series going!
Bring your own lawn chairs, picnic blankets, food, and drinks (alcohol is allowed, but open containers must stay within the perimeter of the stage). The Winfield Lion's Club and Soroptimists of Winfield will be selling food in the Soroptimist Pavilion just south of the stage.
Since 2010 the Terry Quiett Band has become a mainstay across America's Heartland. From 6th street in Austin...to the windy city of Chicago...through the mountains of Colorado...across the deserts of Arizona...jamming down on Beale Street in Memphis...wherever they went the band has won over young and old with their energetic and soulful sound. Along the way they forged a relationship with a 13-time Grammy-winning producer by the name of Jim Gaines. Jim is a veteran of the blues industry revered for his work with Stevie Ray Vaughn, Carlos Santana, Steve Miller Band, George Thorogood, Luther Allison, Albert Collins and many more.
Terry and Jim worked on 3 albums together and in those sessions really crafted the band's sound along with 2 Top 10 Roots Report Albums of the year in 2012/13. It is a bluesy rock style of music but it's not like any other because it has a distinct heart & soul you will never forget. On the road they grew very loyal fans and the pleasure of sharing the stage with rock and blues legends including Buddy Guy, Robert Cray, B.B King, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Johnny Winter, Robin Trower, Big Head Todd & the Monsters, .38 Special, Los Lonely Boys just to name a few...Releasing new music for the first time in 6 yrs in 2020 with Truth & Intent EP featuring 5 brand new tunes. Now in 2021, the band will release a new DVD/Live album in the fall. Looking for us to release a new EP in 2022 on the road with limited dates summer/fall tour.
